hi guys im byilding a refugium out of my aqua clear 70 my question is can i use a regular reading light with a 65 watt bulb on it

ceten plants grow better under different kelvins of light. ie corals grow better around 10000 kelvin but are more colorful @ 20000 kelvin and chato grows best at a more lellow light. what type of bulb are you using and what size is your fuge going to be

havent got it started yet im just trying 2 get all the info i can before i complete it my fuge is going to be a aqua clear 70 for a 29 gallon i havent gotten bulb yet i was waiting to find out which one to get so is a regular clip on reading light ok

i don't mean to intrude on this post, but I also am starting a fuge. My sump came with a set of mini pc's (2x13w 10k). Do you think that will be fine in my 20/30 gallon sump?

some people do ok with a 10k but I never could make my chato grow. Once I swiched I had to start trimming once a week

Id get the grow light. as far as the watts go Id have to know a two other things
