Regal Angel and Yellow Tang

I have a 90 gals saltwater fish only tank. Within the tank, there are a 3 inch Regal Angel (bought 3 wks ago) and a 4-5 inch Yellow Tang. I also have a 3 inch Picasso trigger.
The Tang has picked the Regal angel most of time. Futunately the Regal still eats.
Any suggestion?

The other problem I have is that the trigger is always hungry and eats all brine before the Regal angel gets them. Any suggestion?

I would like to buy some passive tangs and butterflys after I remove the trigger and Yellow tang. Any suggestion?
