I believe that the Paracanthurus hepatus is called both Hippo Tang and Regal Tang.

They are both the same fish, there are many common names for this fish. Some include: Palette Surgeonfish, Hepatus Tang, Blue Surgeonfish, and Regal Tang. It is also sometimes called the Pacific Blue Tang. It is a surgeonfish.
