Regenerating Coral Banded???

Well board mates...my coral banded has apparently lost one of it's larger claws...does anyone know if will regenerate itself or is he stuck with just one hand...not for nothin' he's really shy anyway, but ah what the heck-he looks marvelous!!!

Yes on its next molt he/she sould have two claws, i had the same thing happen to mine, i was looking at mine with one claw, the next day there were two, it simply amazed me.

well here is a pic of my cb shrimp...I don't know if you can tell that he only has one of his longer claws...

not for nothing...but I think my clownfish is a bet jealous of the attention my shrimp was getting!!!

The "claws" on these shrimp regenerate pretty rapidily. Mine loses his on a pretty regular basis, but it usually grows back in a molting or two. Sometimes the claw takes awhile to grow back to the same size as the other claw, but it will grow back.
