removal of phosphates

I have a 29gl tank and my phosphates are out of control. How do i get them down and out permantly.

Cut back on any frozen foods, or at least rinse them before use.
use only quality water like DI or RO/DI water.
Run a phosphate sponge for a few days, change it out if your readings don't improve with in that time.
You can also run a polyfilter that will remove much more than just PO4. good for alot of things.
Some PO4 removers have an affect on leather corals.

I used a phosphate sponge worked for a little while. I am not feeding frozen food. but if anyone has any other ides would greatly appreciate
it.

i use marc weiss phosphate and silicate magnet in media bag in a penguin power filter. packaging states it lasts six months and is a enough for a 125 gallon tank. dropped my phosphate reading from 0.5 to ~0 for the last 4 months (salifert). if nobody's mentioned it, use ro or ro/di water to help control phosphates.
