i have a condalactis anemone that i purchased about a year ago, i was told by my lfs that it is reef safe and would be ok to start off my reef with,,,,well,,,as you can imagine,,it has grown quite well an has become too large for my 29 gal. reef... i am having problems in trying to remove it,, as it is attatched to a large piece of live rock that i am unwilling to part with...
can anyone give me any tips or tricks to get it to release from the rock so i can trade it at my lfs ??
have tried most everything that local people have told me ,,but to no avail..

Dechlorinate some fresh water put it in the frig to cool put some in a turky baster and squirt it at the base right at the place where it attaches push the foot up a little if you can focus the water as mush as possible and continue until it realses. It should not take to long and it wont kill it just aggravate it onto letting go. HTH
