removing a gorilla crab

I just bought some live rock this weekend and i just saw a gorilla crab, anyone got any tips on how to catch him. I really dont want to move all the rock but he doesnt come out much. Thanks

Take a tall thin drinking glass and a small piece of shrimp rubberbanded to a small pebble.
Lean the glass against the rock you last saw the crab near. Then just before lights out place the shrimp in the glass.
Sometime in the middle of the night the crab will smell the shrimp and climb into the glass to eat it. The crab won't be able to climb back out. This may take several nights of trying.

I tried Bang's method and it didn't work for me.

i tried the bottle trick and it didn't work either.
i basically ended up just keeping an eye out at night for the buggers and picked up the rock it was travelling over at an opportune time.

Hey thanks or the advice I think i got lucky, my tank is only 40 gallons so that made it easier. But i put my fish net in with food in it. He was out during the day and i saw him i put the net near him with mysis shrimp in the bottom of the net. The first time i saw him going for it he pulled the net toward him, but i took a look about an hour later and he was in the net so i pulled it out.

if you want to get rid of him let me know i think they are cool looking
i have a little tank for him and only him i think it neet

I woulnt destroy it, I couldnt do that. Right now I have him in a bag of water I was going to take him to the LFS i got the rock from tomorrow. I think hes cool to and wish i could keep him but its not worth the risk to the other animals. You dont live near cincinnati By any chance do you?
