RENA XP3 Can Filter?

im getting bubble bursts in my tank through the nozzle.
I cleaned the filters already and its still doing it.
Anyone have one of these filters and can tell me what i should do to stop the air bubble surges?

I hear of these being used a lot in FW tanks, but I dont know anyone using it for FW. Sorry cant help out more.

Usualy cleaning and repriming the filter will clear up the surging...
Here's a question for you...The lower part of the canister while not clear, is transparent, can you see a "water line" below the plastic top...(air trapped below pump)?
Tip the filter back a bit to see if you can see the 'water line" moving.

Also you may need to replace your gaskets around the canister lid, and the O ring which seals the pump to the top basket.
