On this site, I've spent a grand total of about $2000 or so. Too lazy to go add it up.
I'm a level 4, the maximum from what I understand.
I've gotten a little of everything. The only thing I've had problems with are large fish, butterflies, angels, tangs. I've had a lot of bad luck with sudden deaths, but recent purchases have not had the same problems. It was all surrounding only one of my tanks while it was pretty new, so I have a feeling I may have been the victim of new tank syndrome a little longer than I was expecting. SWF.COM has always made it right regardless.
Free stuff I've gotten: Cleaner Shrimp, Linkia Starfish, Yellow Tangs, Peppermint Shrimp, Hermit Crabs, Decorator Crab, Queen Conch, Horseshoe crab... I think that's about it. Some of that stuff I've gotten more than once... I've probably placed about 15 orders total. Everything I've gotten I've liked except for the starfish... disintegrated in a couple days time... been told that these are really hard to acclimate though.. probably my fault.

By the way... a tip to all... to see what you can get at different levels, fill your cart up with stuff.
The level promotions occur inclusive of your current order, so if you want to see what's at the next level up, put like 500 bucks worth of stuff into your cart and go to the checkout. You don't have to complete the order to see what you can get.
Level 1: 500
Level 2: 750
Level 3: 1000
Level 4: 1250 or 1500.. can't remember which.

well, aren't we demanding?

i've placed four orders for livestock and one order for live rock and never had a problem. everything i got was top notch, better than i've found at my lfs. i think i'm at a level two. i've mostly ordered clownfish and anemones and all have been great upon arrival. a couple came down with brooklynella but i wouldn't attribute any fault to swf.com for that.
i've gotten snails and hermits for free and they've all been just fine.

Yes. If you close the browser all together your cart empties or you can remove the items you don't want individually.

I am at a level 4. I have spent $1310. All the corals, inverts, and fish I have bought have been awsome. I purchased 3 camel backs. One died upon shipment, I let them know and they replaced it on my next order.

ive spent around 800-1000 so far. im on level 3 i think. ive got a cardinal and some rics for free so far, but there was a lot more to choose from, stuff like brittle stars, shrimp, hermits, and next im most likely gunna pick the gorgonian.
everything has been great so far. the fish always look healthy and the corals are alway bigger than expected, for example: my fuzzy grass mushrooms said 12 polyps, theres more like 17-20. my forspawn has like 7 heads, 2 were already splitting, the zoas said 15 polyps, there were about 30. HTH

many dry goods: food, minerals and vits... master test..refract
waiting on another order of cleaner crew....

Okay I just added it up and it looks like I've spent about $1600.00, including the order I just placed.

For the past two weeks my tank has allot of small air bubbles (that's what I call them) on the tank walls and on my live rock. I don't know what is causing this. Any suggestions on why this is happening and what I can do for them?
