Replacement RO Filters - Suggestions ?

Current System:
75 GPD Dow Filmtec Membrane
Purtrex 5 micron depth sediment filter
MATRIKX CTO/2 5 micron carbon block
MATRIKX+1 0.6 micron carbon block
Single DI stage with refillable cartridge
I am thinking about switching the 5 Micron Sediment Filter for a 1 Micron Sediment Filter (same brand/make - true graded density filters). Is this a good idea or a bad idea?
Should I be thinking about switching out any of the other filters for something better?
Dual TDS meter - Currently 0 before DI and 0 after DI. Sediment filter is noticable dirty!

sounds like you have the bulk reef plus system. the lower micron will help your carbon filters that are more expensive last longer. i would order the 1st carbon block at the same time along with 2 sediment filters. it seems to work out for me that i need to replace my 1st carbon for every 2 sediment filters, otherwise i notice a measurable pressure drop.
