Replacing Actinics

I just purchased a used 4 x 65W power compact setup. 2 x 10k bulbs and 2 x actinic. I was told the bulbs are old and need to be replaced. If I'm happy with the color of the corals under this light, do I need to replace the actinics? I'll definately replace the 10k bulbs, but the actinics is just for looks and bit of extra wattage right? The 10k is for coral growth and health.
Am I off? I've been poking around this forum to check.
Tank is a 33g long for softies.

Light is light. As long as it's in the visible spectrum it is useful for coral growth. Actinic is no more and no less useful than Daylight bulbs.
