What do you guys think their policy is? I received a fish that died the night of receipt (think it died of shock over night...weird though as the fish looked great, I acclimated over 2 hours, was put into cycled QT tank with no issues... never breathing hard...wake up next morning and dead). It was guranteed. I know they are closed this week and typically they have a 6 day guarantee that requires post mark within 6 days. I received the fish on Tuesday...so I would have to mail it on Monday...I don't know if I should mail it out on Monday though cuz it will just sit there (and rot) for 3-5days...
Should I wait to mail it out until 2 days before they reopen or should I just mail it to ensure I get the refund?
