Return pump for a 90gal

I have a 90gal RR tank. I am looking to get to a pump to place in sump. At the moment, I am only going to use the single return. I want to keep the cost under $100.00.
Give me some suggestions.

I have a Mag7 on my 90g, rated at 700GPH raw, with the four-foot (plus change) headloss I have, the flowchart shows I'm getting around 480GPH at the return into the tank.
Pretty darn close to the suggested 80% capacity of my 600GPH overflow, so I'm pretty happy with it.
I believe MSRP is around $80-$90, but it can be had for much less with some judicious e-shopping.

I got a Mag5 on my 90 gallon, but I don't think I am getting enough flow. I am thinking of moving up to the Mag7 and using my 5 for a backup.

I have a Mag 7 on mine and its working great, flow seems to be just fine.

i have a mag 5 also and i know im not getting enough flow...it is only putting out 310 i will be going to the mag 36 when i get the money and just spliting it...which for a little extra chash you can get one bigger pump to put in the sump and split it 3 or 4 times...
