Return Pump Question

Is there a good brand of pump I should consider for a return pump from a 29g sump for a 75g tank? Also, a good target gph amount?
If I wanted a closed loop as well, would I run that through the sump as well or seperate? Would I use the same pump for both? Thank you.

IMO I would say a mag 7.5 or mag 9. Or a quite one 4000. I am using the quiet one on my 65/ It works well. This is my opinion. There will be more wise people on here to chime in I am sure. With a closed loop you might want something different. Good luck
