Return Pump Question

Hi I have a single overflow and am about to upgrade return pumps. I currently have a Rio 2500 frated at 792 gph so I figure I may only be getting 400 gph back to tank if that esp. after diverting a little into fuge. I am probably going to go into the Mag direction unless you guys recommend a better pump. What gph do you recommend. I have a bout 4 and a half feet or maybe a little more of height to 2 returns.

I have a quiteone 3000 and really like it. I put a ball valve in the return line so I could control the return flow and dial it in perfect as the 3000 would pump more than my overflow would drop.
