return pump suggestions

I have set up a 20 gallon long tank
I put a 20 gallon tank underneath with 2 baffles, and a remora skimmer, and a cpr cs90 overflow, what return pump would you recommend, have thought about a cap 1800 or a mag 5, but not sure if the mag will be too much current
ideas?
will have a bout a 3ft head to return

Sounds like a workable plan...I'd consider the Magdrive return pump...a Mag5 should be fine. I run a Mag12 on my 55 that splits to feed 3 returns...2 go direct to the display and the third feeds my refugium. I've found the Magdrive to be a quality/reliable product.
