return pump ???

i have a ext. overflow box rated up to 1600 gph and with a return pump (cap 2200) it's 550 gph -4 feet so can i upgrade this pump/ph to like a 1000 gph -4 feet
if so what should i go with?

Depending on return line size, a Mag 12 or even a Mag 18 would work with your overflow...
Other factors to concider would be, how big isyour tank, and how big is the sump...?

my tank is a 180 sump is a 30 and fuge is 35

would the mag 18 be good for spray bar aswell? what size pvc should i use i have 1" and some 90s, would i just fit to size and drill small holes in the pvc?

The 18 will work well, and your sump sounds large enough to handle the flow...
The spray bar will restrict flow somewhat, but you gain in having a diversified flow pattern..
