Ricordea Bleaching

I have a small ricordea frag that i moved from my 46 to my new 90 gallon with 2 150 mh and 4 t5ho. It appears frag is starting to bleach and it's not really opening up. I've moved him down to the sand. I did acclimate my lighting i'm only up to 4 hours/day for the mh. Is there a chance it's not getting enough light? The frag does have some hair algae on it, do you think that's contributing? Suggestions? Thanks.

If it was not getting enough light it would blow up to twice its size. This could make it look a little clear at first but it would darken in color in time.
If it was to much light it would turn away from the light and shrink some. Over time its color would lighten up.
How long has it been?
