ricordea dissapeared

Hey anyone out there can tell me where my ricordea went to? It fell off the rock it was on and landed on the sand bed. It was very small...perhaps the size of a nickel or maybe a quarter. Looked like it was doing well there so I left it there. This morning...I can't find it. Any ideas?
Thanks

did you look around and under everything in the tank....try again ... really... Ive seen something like this... usually water currents have swept it somewhere.... the size of nickel or quarter isnt very big... when you find it glue it down to a rock... Ross super glue gel works for me.

I've looked and looked....still can't find it....could one of the serpent stars or my brittle star have munched on it? Crabs? shrimp? ...I'm baffled

I dont think a star will eat a ricordea (I could be wrong) otherwise the stars would just climb up to the rock and eat it then. When I lose a shroom or a ricordea the first place I look is at the intake of the filters or the power heads. Most of the time when they get lose thats where they end up. If I catch it on time I can glue it back to the rock and save it. Even if they have lost some colors they melt but most of the time they grow again. Good luck with that one. HTH
