as long has you have enough wattage in your lighting and the your levels are good, then yes you can. 2-3 watts per gallon for mushrooms depending on placement usually high or mid-high. 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, atleast try to have 20 ppm or lower, the lower the better

i guess not...i read on a site that said med. lighting, but i didnt know what med. lighting was. i'm sure my tank doesnt have the proper lighting for these corals. thanks for your info!!

do you know the wattage on the lights? Im not sure but you do need the blue spectrum(atintic) bulb for the live rock and coral.

ifound this bulb on marinelands website. ZOO MED FLUORESCENT LAMP 24" REEF SUN 50/50. i'll have to write them to see if it would fit in my fixture. or i could look in a lfs. it's 17 watts. i guess the fixture can only handle 18 watts.
