Rinsing Bioactive Sand?

Should I rinse the bioactive sand before puting it into my tank? If not is the water in the back ok to go in as well. I noticed there are a couple floating debris in there at the moment is why I ask. Thanks.

whoops, I meant the water in the bag not back.

no need to rinse it and yes the water in the bag goes in the tank. There will be some debris but that's Ok.

if you rinse it you are rinsing alot of beneficial things out of the sand. so I agree leave it as is and add to the tank.
