Rio 600---Blowing Tiny Bubbles

I was feeding my clownfish and noticed that one of my powerheads was shooting out tiny bubbles everyonce in awhile. Its not a trickle effect, just every few minutes they all come out at once, tons of tiny bubbles. I turned off the powerhead and let it sit and then turned it on and it kept doing it. It has been running for about 3 weeks now. Is there anything else someone can think of to do, or is this powerhead toast? I know its not good to have bubbles in my tank. Thanks

It could be air trapped in it...Try unplugging it,turn it upside down under water,and shake the heck out of it.
