This in the sump pump sounds a little rough. I took the impellar out and cleaned the magnets and the fins... I also took a tooth brush and cleaned the exit port (sorry for the wrong terms)
It rattling a bit... Anything I can do to rebuild?

best thing, IMO at this point would be to
melt all the plastic down, and make a little card, stamp it and call it a "credit card rebuild" then use your new credit card to buy a new, different brand of pump.
you will be much happier and safer in the long run.
i would suggest either maxi, mag or aquaclear powerheads. for price and performance, these are all good powerheads amd worth the money

Magidrive 9.5 for return to tank from sump.
That should do it...
