well i came home today and my sfe was fine and so was my skimmer, well i was in the kitchen and the usual hum of the skimmer was cut by this chuttering noise, i went into the den and the flow out of the skimmer was gone and my sfe was not in his rock. so i expected the worse and opened the pump and found my friend vokl the sfe wound around the rotors of the pump. i found the protective thingy around the intake had slipped off, now it is reinforced by not one, but two zipties. so in conclusion let us do two things, stress the fact that ALL openings in a eel tank must be heavily protected, and remember my good friend vokl. RIP lil buddy
