Sorry to hear about your loss. It happens sometimes without cause. Hopefully there isn't anything in the tank that killed the clown. See what happens within a couple weeks and keep an eye on the water parameters. Good luck.

Sorry about your fish. :(
Was this the same clown you posted about a few weeks ago (hiding and not eating)? Did it ever get with the program?

Sorry bout the clown. Aside from parameters, were there any sudden changes made to the tank, salinity, heat, new changes, etc?

no there were no real "changes" in the tank. However I never did see him eat. I feed my fish one - two times a day and I give them a mix of frozen brine shrimp, fresh seafood mix (has bits of octopus, shrimp, scallop, cuttlefish, and clam I think) get it fresh at the seafood dept. of walmart, and flakes. the damsels go for the flakes mostly, and my anemone goes for he fresh stuff. but the clown...never saw him eat.

sorry about the clown, my clown trigger was just beaten to death by my undulated trigger, i got rid of the undulated but it was too late, that clown trigger was awesome, he loved to be peted.

Sorry for everyone's loss. Some people (non-pet owners) don't
fully understand the effect these losses have on us. My fish are part of the family.
