ro/di pics - also gauge reads 0

I purchased this used unit with a tank. The gauge reads 0. The unit works fine, made me lots of water yesterday. I was so excited.

I also got lots of goodies with this deal. Does anyone know what the piece would go to?

That's a pressure guage so it's not supposed to read "0" when the unit is on. You must have it on the outgoing line. Put it somewhere on the incoming. If you truely had "0" pressure, you wouldn't be making any water.
The last pic looks like some type of grounding probe but not 100% sure.

I just checked and it is on an outgoing line. I don't have any info on this unit or how they attach. (Captive Purity). How do I switch them? Actually, I don't know the first thing about them, all new to me.

The yellow is the waste, is that supposed to be coming out of the top or the last canister? This is how the previous owners had it setup but maybe it is not right.

yes it looks like the yellow hose is the waste line and looks like the gauge is hooked up to that which it shouldnt be. Needs to be on the input line.
The plug on your other picture is a grounding probe for your tank. Plug it in and put the other end in your DT. Its to kill any stray voltage you may have in your tank

Here's a pic of my system. On mine, the yellow is the incoming water, the blue is the RODI water, and the black is the waste. My pressure guage is on the left connected to the incoming line going into the upper RO chamber it appears (I'm not at home looking so I'm guessing from the pic).

Okay, I only made matters worse. I removed the lines and there was a black skinny long piece inside one of the lines. I moved it where I was putting the intake and then I didn't get any water. Do you know which one this piece goes on?

I got it back together minus the gauge. I guess since it was hooked up wrong, I don't have the extra part to extend it up behind the back where the intake line is. I sure hope that made sense. Anyway, thanks for your help and I will check to see what I will need to do that.

The black piece is the waste water restrictor. Without it you will have more waste water which you dont want

I did put it back there. I tried putting the gauge on every line on the unit with no luck. Guess I will just run it without it. Thanks everyone.

Okay, now I am back to doubting myself again. If you can see in my pic, the one to the far right is my blue line. That is what I am using for my water. I sure hope this is right since I used it in my tank. The lady I got it from said it was the blue one. Since she set up the line colors I can't go by what the link says. The link shows the gauge at where my waste is. Anyone have this system? I sure could use some info so I know if I am doing it right.
