Looks like a great deal to me ! I just ordered a RO/DI system 100 gal a day for $255. I'm not sure about a quality comparison of the systems though. I bought an RO unit a few years ago from a LFS and the adaprtor would occasionally slip off the water supply and flood my apartment. ( didn't make me very popular with the downstairs neighbors or management ) So keep an eye on it to make sure its functioning properly.

I have a 200gpd system that is very similiar and have been very happy with it.
The only thing is that I would strongly recommend getting the system with the reserve tank. This way, you always have 2-3 gallons of RO water ready to go. Very convenient for topoffs.
I agree with the previous statement, be sure to check all fittings closely, especially in the first few weeks.

hi hi.. i have the same ro/di unit... it work perdy good.. i say it's well worth the price.. only problem i had with mines was that one in a long while someone will knock or nudge the ro/di unit and a hole will get a little lose on one of the quick disconnect's and start dripping water.... (the hoses on the unit are kinda short . no room for movement) other than that it's ok. just gotta push in the hoses in thight every few months..

The 100 gal membranes have a lower rejection rate then the smaller membranes. I wouldn't use these for my reef.
