Personally I would be leary, from experience. I bought one from an auction and it SUCKED!!!. Luckily I got a refund. You definitely get what you pay for. I bought an Airwaterice and it is great!!! I would spend the extra cash because you will end up doing so later.

I just emailed a buyer of this unit and his reply back was this;
Yes I did get the 100gpd 0ppm RO/DI system. It works great. I have 2 saltwater tanks and I been wanting one for along time and after gas prices keep going up and driving to the fish store for water it was time to buy one. I tested the water and it does what they claim. I timed the water and it does a little more then 4gph = 100gph that was a big suprise to me. If you have a salt water tank just remeber to buffer ph to use as top off. Making new saltwater the salt will buffer the ph. I made the mistake at first with the top off water. I say go for it, its a good buy and they do ship very quickly!
Sounds like he was happy to me.

I would stick with a name brand if I were you. It is not worth a couple bucks to skimp on your water. Also, most people have no need for a 100 gpd unit. I have a 50gpd coralife ro/di and I supply water to four of my friends and mine which is a 180, 120 90, 55 and two 29's total. I have no problem keeping up with water at all. And I change 30 gallaons a week on my 180 and evap 5gpd on it.
Plus the coralife filters and such are readily available and very inexpensive.
Just my opinion, as I have read alot of bad stories about the egay units.
