I just tested my water TDS way 805
my tape water was 213 what is going on :help: :help: It is only about 6 mo. old I'm not really sure how it works my exit tube can flow fast or slow how ever I adjust it. But the water going into my reserve tank just drips. what am I doing wrong :help: it use to be around 15 TDS and now I have green allege growing in my tank PLEASE HELP :help: :help:
and can you ID these?

Well.
The brown hairy stuff looks like algea, a nuisance type.I had it until I started using RO/DI water.
The starfish looks like a brittle , but Im not sure. They are common hitchikers though . I have alot of them, about the size of a dime to a quarter.
If you are TDSing with a reading above ZERO ( or some people say anything <5), your R/O-DI isnt working.
Some sort of valve must be bad and allowing pure tap into the holding tank.
It takes about 15 mins to make a gallon in mine.
800+ TDS ... man, that is high. Right out of my tap reads about 55.
Out of the RO/DI reads ZERO>
I hope someone else has some better advice for you.
