I had a Kent Marine 4 stage 35gpd and upgraded to an air-water-ice 5 stage 100gpd.
Both are fine units. Depending on how much water you need to make, I'd recommend either. I have several large tanks so the 100gpd works well for me.

i have a 5 stage 75 gpd unit from bulk reef supply.
the unit is good, no problems but their customer support was lacking for me.

Agreed, I have a Spectra Pure unit and love it! IMO I would make sure to get a unit that has clear housings so you can keep an eye on how the filter media is doing.

IMO RO/DI units are one of the rare exceptions in this hobby where more expensive does not mean better.
The filter cartridges are only made by a handful of manufacturers and are usually standardized, as are the canisters, so the manufacturer is usually irrelevant. Clear canisters are definitely a plus. There are other features like pressure gauges, backflush valves, and inline TDS that may be useful, but are pretty much optional.
You can safely shop around and buy the less expensive units without trouble.

Agreed - cartridges/canisters are pretty much standard.
I do like the clear canister on my DI units though, as the cartridges are color changing.
