buy a big garbage can fill it with your water.....then buy a cheap pump and tubing use the pump to pump water out of the grabage can to your containers....or better yet
i got a $40 dollar pump that is rated for 2000GPS at something like 25 head feet....got a food grade garden house....a remote light switch (for controlling lights outside at christmas) all i have to do is take teh hose up the stairs push a button and water comes flying out the hose....a fraction of the time you spend filling containers and dragging them around
