Rock Anemone Question

Hey just bought a rock anemone and he seems to be doing ok except he has now moved behind my big rock and I can see that he not getting much light at all. He looks like he is dug into the sand rather than the rock. Should I move him or can he move him self out behind the rock? I am not sure how strong these guys are.

Its will go wherever it wants. Except in the filter or power head.

Ok just making sure, I didn't know if they physically moved or if they just let the current take them where ever.

they are very strong depending on their size. becarefull one of my anenome got caught in the filter and poisoned my tank and killed all my fish had to do a major water change but not all at once. leave him alone and he will find a spot even if u move him he will likely move again

Is that will all anemones that if they die they poison your tank?
