Rock growth

I've got 50 lbs. of Figi LR. (55 gallon with Bak Pak II, 4 power heads, Skilter 250 and 4 40 watt bulbs. 2 50/50, 1 actinic, 1 full spectrum.) How long does it take before the most life on the rock starts to re-appear. The feather dusters seem to popping up, what about some of the other life on the rock. How long does it take for some of the Polyps and some of the plants to resurface? It seems as if my Yellow Tang keeps most plant live from growing, is this something I will just have to live with? Will I git good Coralline algea with my tank set up?(Only using Sea-Chem Reef Calcium, don't want to use to many additives.)
