romaine lettuce?

Will my emperor angel eat romaine lettuce or what food can i give it beside bine,plankton and i have sea veggies on a clip. any ideas on what to feed will help

My uncle feeds his freeze dried blood worms.

Don't feed him Lettuce~ there is no nutrition in it for the fish.

romaine lettuce is fine there is little value in it but there is some ..lets not be confused w/ iceburg where there is no value.. touchy subject for some people not sure why..a better source would be dried seaweed..if you use romaine make sure you wash it...

Feed your angel "angel formula" too. Sea veggies (algae) are much better than lettuce. Most large angels do better if they have spongue as part of their diet. My angel likes frozen bloodworms, flake food, caulerpa macroalgae and almost anything else I give him. I think the main items in their diet should be angel formula and algae, soaked in a vitiman and mineral supplement.
