Michelle, I used to drink GALLONS of soda... so that's probably what it was. Good thing I got off caffeine) I did use those white strips in conjunction with whitening toothpaste for a couple months before my wedding, and my teeth are STILL gorgeous a whole year later! Those things ROCK.
I know it wasn't the not-brushing... I brush after every meal and floss every night before bedtime...I'm a little OCD
