Rose bubble tip

I am trying to purchase a rose bubble tip from a LFS but the anemone is attached to a very large piece of rock with 2 other anemones. Is there some way to get the anemone to detach itself from the rock without having to pull it off and I dont want to try this as it might tear the foot. Any ideas

Although I don't really recommend this, it did work for my Seabae. Hold the rock upside down out of the water with the Anemone barely touching the water. It will slowly release itself from the rock. It may take 5 minutes or so. Another method I have heard of is using ice cubes in a bag to cool the rock. Don't get the freshwater on the foot.
