royal dottyback help

i just bought a royal dottyback and it went behind a piece of lr where my condy is and i havent seen it since i put it in.
so its been an hour and im thinking my condy ate it, is it usual for them to hide until they feel comfortable to swim around?

Well I'm not an expert, but I think that dottybacks are pretty much the same as psuedochromises right?

When I brought my purple psuedochromis home, I didn't see him for 4-5 hours.

I thought something happened to him.

I was looking on the floor beside the tank and in the bank chambers and everything!! But finally he came out.

I didn't even see where he came from actually.
