I have some rubble and small pieces of live rock in my sump/fuge and they are white they don't have the color or coraline algae on them. Is this okay or is my light too dim in the fuge? Is the rock still working in this blanched state?? Please let me know I'm curious

rock is fine. If it was lace rock (dead rock that not been in a tank) then after a long while it will eventually turn brown. But if its a fuge and ya dont have some half way decent light on it most likely it will never have coralline growth on it. Or take a VERY long time for the growth on it. If you cycled your tank then ya are good to go and the rock is working but the bacteria will take a year or more to fully infiltrate the rock but it is still good. I started a tank once with 100% lace rock and seeded it all with 2 peices of small live rock (less than 1lb) and with in a year my tank was bright purple and pink.

IT should still have the surface area for bactiria (SP). In mine all the stuff under the chaeto is white, only a few pieces not covered have gotten purple thats in 3 years ( fuge has dinky florecent bulb in clamp light)
