Some don't use it at all. Some just use it periodically or as needed. Some use it full time in which case I'd change it more regularly. If you can go less than a month, say every 2 or 3 weeks, change it up.
Some people on here say carbon only works for 3 to 5 days, is this true?
I was thinking of running it for 2 weeks and then without for the next two weeks (each month). Should this work good? Or would it be better to run it for every other week?
