Is it okay to run PhosGuard(phosphate remover) constantly in my fluval 405?
How long should I run it?

There is no reason to run this other than you have a phosphate problem. Whats going on with your tank?

Yeah, there is no reason to run ANY product in a marine tank unless it's been tested for or is having a specific problem that requires specific treatment....IMO
