The Bears deserved the victory against the Saints. It was the PERFECT script for them to win. But as others have pointed out and as I have on this and other threads, the Bears needed another repeat perfomance (script) in the SB to have a good chance. It did not happen.
As to why any Bears fan would want to waste talent on defense and offense...on at best an "iffy" QB is beyond me. Bring in a solid starter and you would be the front runner for the SB next year. Stick with Rex...and who knows.
