Hey guys.
Thanks for the kind words of encouragements.
Found out that RO water was straight tap water and had chlorine inside as well as other harmful metals.
Jp - yea, that's what I'm trying to think right now. Guilt was overwhelming me for couple of days though.
Lois - I think it's bit late now... Tubs that I wanted to get won't fit in my car... T_T
Beth - I agree that ich may have been dormant and that chlorine and metals in the water have caused a major stress issue for my tank...
Krista -Yea, he had the best smiles and giggles. He was always so happy to see the fish and he always loved feeding them as well. He would be doing his thing, playing with blocks then run to the fish tank all of sudden to stare at it randomly... I have over 50 video clips him doing this... that's what made us really sad and upset.
Cranberry - yes, that's correct. They wouldn't consider it as SIDS because he was over 1. I had to go through "investigation" to make sure that we didn't kill him... it was very upsetting.. Some people are just very insensitive and just treat it as a job. I know that there are sick sick people out there but until found guilty, you should be supportive of family who just lost everything..
Phil - Polyfilter is just dirty. Turned brownish color so i just rinsed it last night.
I just saw your fb post on my wall. I'm sorry to hear about your tank as well... it really does sucks when we lose our little friends..
You have been huge help already. I'm grateful for your open ears and heart and all the encouragements and advices.
fish are looking little better now.
Did a 10g change on sat night then 25g change on Sun.
They will eat well still (thank God) and move around. Blue tang is the worse out of them all. Hopefully, I can salvage the rest..
