Saddled puffer VERY sick

i have a saddled puffer that is losing weight and I notice she has a growth or something stuck to her nose. What is it and how do I get rid of it???

. I have phots but it keeps saying the size is too large. Very frustrating

Is there any other way to get a picture? I took several with mt iPad but these are too big
