Safe Temp.for order

What is a safe outdoor temp. to place an online order ? Its been way too cold in CT , below 0, but it s going to get warmer. SWF has a lot of corals in now but should I wait untill the spring ?

cool what exactly is a heatpack?....over here one online company thought a heatpack was a bubblewrap...

The orders I have received had heat packs and styrofoam for insulation. I agree waiting until it warms up a bit would be a good idea but for the most part you should be fine.

Here in the "Northwoods" even the LFS is leary of ordering when the temps drop...
Even with bubble wrap,styro boxes and heat packs the boxes can get COLD...
While not "sitting" out in the snow they do spend a lot of time in "unheated" warehouse/transfer stations (with large open garage doors)
