I just bought a sailfin tang 4 days ago for my 90 gallon tank hes laying on the bottom no spots or anything. not breathing to very heavy either i just dont like how hes acting because the other days hes seemed fine. hes about the size of a half dollar and hes in there with 3 green chromis and a small maroon clown my tank is 4 months old and has 75 pounds of live rock
any one know what the problem might be?

It's sounds as if youjr tank isn't ready for a tang yet - too young. Sailfins are really easy to keep provided the tank is established, has enough live rock and enough oxygen.
I've had many sailfins - they're cheap and pretty and very hardy. I'm sorry your hasving trouble. be patient and try again after a few months. Add another Power head or two for more water movement - this might help the oxygen content in the water.
