Sailfin Problem

Please help. :help:
My sailfin Tang has something on his lower fin that looks like a growth. The Cleaner Shrimps and Fire Shrimp do not touch it, but pick the rest of his body clean. Any ideas what this could be.
Thanks.

Bottom Rear below the blue. If he only would stay still enough to see it sticking out. I cercled it. The fish didn't have it before and in the last two weeks it is growing.

Please Help :help: :help:
When I got home today from work it is almost doubled in size and has a little red (blood?) in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to this board and have been reading on here for the last 3 weeks. Everybody is so knowledgeable. Someone has to have seen something like this before.

Yep, I see it. Does it seem attached to the fish, or growing from the fish?

It actually looks like it is growing on the fish. In the first set of pictures it is hard to see but in person looked like it was part of the fish. I'm no where close to an expert but could the fire shrimp or cleaner shrimp have done that to whatever it is trying to get at it? He is constantly trying to get to the cleaner shrimp to get... Serviced.
Here is everything I know... And today's picture. Thanks for any help Beth. I am new to this.
This is/isn't a new tank. I had a 75 for about 5 years but didn't have much money. So I had live rock and 2 fish forever. Well I just finally was able to get back into the hobby and got a 90 gal. (2 Months ago). I used half of the same water and all the live rock and cc. I didn't cycle but I did get a slight hair algea bloom that is now coming under control and going away.
90 Gal
ph 8.1

Calcium 500

Tank Mates
2 True Percula - RBTA
Kole eye Tang

2 Cleaner Shrimp
2 Fire Shrimp
2 Pepperment Shrimp
3 Emerald Crabs
Zoo's, Leathers, and a brain.
He is still very active and eats. I've been feeding him spirinala (dried) with extreame garlic, because I have heard that helps. (Not sure?)
Thank you all.

Is it at all attached to the body, or just on the fin? Use a magnifying glass to get a detailed look. Is the shrimp going for that area for cleaning?

I am thinking it may be a growth of some kind. Not much you can do anyway, while he is in the display tank.
