Sailfin Tang is destroying my coral!

I have found the culprit that is eating my corals lately. Here I'm all ready to banish my Flame Angel and it's the damn Sailfin Tang!
I caught her literally ripping apart my duncan and tunicates last night. This was Miss Attitude's last chance in my tank.
So now the question, how do I catch her? We have tried in the past, but without completely deconstructing my tank, I'm not sure if it's possible, she knows every inch of my rock work.
Anyone have any innovative suggestions on how to catch her?
Anyone in NY want a healthy sailfin tang with a taste for coral?

YIKES.....Mine likes to move clams, snails, and anything else it can get it's mouth on
