Salifert Phosphate Eliminator

I am wondering if you are to add this liquid direct into the tank or into the sump? Are there any 'side affects' to worry about? Any info would be great. Thank you

I've used the sponge method before. I thought I'd try this one out, because I like the idea of it being skimmed out. Thanks Kip

I used the Salifert works great, put it in the sump, works with a skimmer, great results

I want to try the Salifert phosphate eliminator but the directions for testing are a bit confusing. Do you test water from the skimmer cup? or use the foam ?

add liquid to your tank ,or sump , makes your skimmer remove the collect phosphate
