Are the readings from the tank or newly mixed before adding? If from the tank then they are IMO, OK. Calcium could be a little higher.
What is the S.G. of the tested water?

These were taken with tank water. SG is 1.025. I just did a water change and will post new readings.

New readings for calcium are 425, performed the test twice just to verify. I change my water every 2 weeks, is it possible that my corals will use this much calcium over a 2 week period. (425 to 390)

Yes it is, but I dont thinky uo have that problem because you have a large tank and its not loaded with corals...but they definitly use some, just add some about every week instead.
