Salinity Question

I have a 5gal eclipise tank set up. With the following
clown fish
2x firefly goby
pepperment shrimp
assorted crabs and snails
5lbs of live rock
I have been using a salinity gauge that has a red range for ideal salinity. My question is, what exactly is my salinity supposed to be?
Also does anyone think it is wise to get an anemone? Or am I maxed out on my tank space. What kind would I get?

Salinity should be between 35ppt - 37ppt in my opinion.
The Clownfish has overloaded your tank already. There are no hosting Anemone that will thrive in a 5 gallon tank.
